Eddie Sprouse

Eddie is from the Brevard, NC, area. He worked and lived in the Mountains of Western North Carolina most of his life. He is married to the love of his life, Jo, helping her raise their son's Clint and Will. They now live in Little River, SC, where fun in the sun brings them joy.

Eddie loves the outdoors. He rides motorcycles, camps, and hikes and likes to fish. Besides these things, he enjoys photography, kite flying, and exploring this great nation. 

Eddie attended Brevard High School, Brevard College, and Appalachian State University. 

Eddie's work experience is as varied as his hobbies. But for most of his working life, he has been in sales. 

Between 1999 and 2002, Eddie was a loan officer and part owner in two mortgage broker firms. 2002 Eddie left the mortgage business to work for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association retiring in 2015. 

2016 Eddie became a licensed Realtor before returning to the mortgage business in 2017. He prides himself on his business being almost 100% referral based. 

Eddie is a driven loan officer who helps clients cut through all the red tape associated with the mortgage process to make things run as smoothly and quickly as possible to help people realize their dreams. 

Eddie has a reputation for being able to think outside of the box and help clients where others have failed them. His goal is to make every purchase or refinance a smooth process so that his client will repeatedly return to him with their mortgage needs.
